When looking for a wedding venue, we came across the Minnesota Boat Club. We loved it, but wasn't sure if it would work since they had limited availability. We decided to wait another year to get married and got the date we wanted at the Boat Club! We thought it was a very fitting venue since they row out of there, and that's how we met! ~Sarah Portmann

Oak Ridge Conference Center {Courtney & Matt}

Courtney and Matt’s wedding included a touching service at the bride’s family church, St. Hubert’s in Chanhassen, followed by a fun-filled reception with outdoor games and dancing at Oak Ridge Conference Center. The couple met during a martial arts class, where the two were paired up as sparring partners. The groom’s family is from New Jersey, and guests traveled from across the country to attend the celebration. A pretty chalkboard sign and a colorful painted wooden sign made by the bride’s mother added stylish DIY details. The bride's and groom's smiles and happiness, plus the shared joy among their family members and friends, were the most memorable parts of the day.
